Just now libGDX 1.0 was released. badlogic wrote a long blogpost about the history of libGDX.
I planned to finally update my advent calendar tutorial series with libGDX 1.0 and I’ve been busy preparing that, but at the moment I have yet another time too much stuff to do. So while you wait for me to find time you can watch the videos on the documentation page to start.
